Where it all began
Markham Metals has been operating and serving customers in the Greater Toronto Area since 2003. Leaving his career as an electrical engineer, David Yang started Markham Metals as a one-man operation collecting scrap with his own truck.

From very modest beginnings until today, Markham Metals has grown to be one of Canada’s leading metal recycling companies. We have operations across Canada
and offer 200,000-square foot of warehouse space collectively.
